So, TJ had a gift card to Applebee's so we decided to go to dinner there. He thought it was a 20 dollar gift card so we got the promo of two entrees and an appetizer for 19 bucks. He ordered a drink hoping he would have to pay more than the gift card so he could use his credit card. We went to pay and she brought it back telling us we had 42 cents left on the card. Both of us frantically checked our wallets for extra cash for a tip. We gave her the 42 cents and then I emptied out my change. It was not nearly enough for her tip.. so we wrote her a little note and ran out. We felt terrible. After dinner we went to the park for a few minutes to have some fun, then we went to family video to rent halloween town. It was another kid night for us!
